Fantasy Fitness is looking for their next Spokesperson. Open to females, 18 and older that want to represent the prestigious Fantasy Fitness brand. Fantasy Fitness will narrow down the contest and then the public will be able to vote on their favorites. Fantasy Fitness Spokesperson entrants must read and follow all rules and guidelines:
For this initial application, contestants must:
* Submit 4 photos (at least one should be full body).
* Upload a short video clip introducing who you are.
* Tell us why you think you have what it takes to be a Fantasy Fitness Model/Spokesperson.
Submit the online model application form, attaching your 4 photos (must be jpg format), and your explanation of why you have what it takes to be a part of Fantasy Fitness in word doc format.
Your video will need to be submitted by providing a YouTube Video link.
View our "Fantasy Fitness Sign Up" YOUTUBE account, subscribe to the FantasyFitnessSignUp Channel, and upload your video here for a chance to represent Fantasy Fitness.
Be sure to include your YouTube link to your video on the FantasyFitnessSignup channel in the application.
GUIDELINES
i) Must fill out and complete registeration of model form.
ii) *Attach photo(s), please include caption of the model(s), location and any description. Attach Youtube video link for video in the proper area.
iii) All video, photos, etc once submitted may be used by Fantasy Fitness, Inc and any of its affiliates for promotional, marketing, etc that is related to the contest.
iv) Must adhere by and follow ALL rules, terms and private policy.
v) Must be able to verify any of the above and requested info when contacted.
vi) Contestants may be disqualified at anytime for cheating, tampering, misleading, etc and Fantasy Fitness, Inc is allowed to make this decision at anytime for whatever reason.
vii) Fantasy Fitness will contact you if we choose to advance you.
