What is the Best Time to Workout?

This is a question that has been asked over and over. People will argue is the morning, afternoon or evening the best time to workout. Well, let’s look at the advantages:

Morning:
This is a good time because it gets your body loose and fluids flowing. It is a good time to focus on what you have in front of you that day and it makes sure that you are not to tired and make excuses after a long day at work or school. One disadvantage might be consistency since it is early in the morning and many people have a lot of things they do before they go to work or school and they might rush to get it done.

Afternoon:
This is a good time as well, if you can make it. Some might go to the gym or simply walk during lunch time. This breaks the day in half and helps you relieve any stress from work or school. One disadvantage might be that most people have a limited time for themselves because they have to be back at work or school in an hour.

Evening:
This is a good time as well because you can release stress from work or school, it may also relax the body so you can get a comfortable night’s rest. Also, it’s a time to your self to reflect on what was accomplished during the day and gives you time to plan out the next day. One of the major disadvantages is that a lot of others are thinking the same way, and gyms tend to be super busy between 5-8pm. This is prime time!

So, the winner… This is based on the individual and what that person schedule is like. Anytime, is a good time as long as you take the time to participate in any type of fitness or sports to keep your body active.
